This contemporary wall light is quite nice. I absolutely love the look, and it gives off a good amount of light without being blinding. I actually have no complaints; however, I see the potential for lots of issues if not installed in just the right place. First, it doesn't have any kind of wall plate and has to be mounted flush with the wall or it will lose the aesthetic appeal. That won't work on most homes. We had hoped to install it in the front, but we have a stone and brick entryway, and it wouldn't work well, so we ended up installing it in the back on a wall made of wood siding. Additionally, the lack of a wall plate means the wires aren't really protected, so we had to caulk the edges. My other concern is that the light requires that you wear gloves when holding it in order to protect the frosted glass. That makes me wonder how durable it will be long-term when exposed to the elements. As long as these issues don't apply to your installation needs, then this light is a beauty.Good quality material, but barely dimmable. little difference when dimmed to 10%. Not happy as I will have to buy from another brand as this one stands too bright for a front porch. Need to be fully dimmableLove the light. It’s beautiful and comes with a remote. It needs to be hard wired in the wall. It’s dimmable and has three different color lights. It looks very pretty on my wall and very modern, too bad the corner was chipped but fortunately not very noticeable, unless you know it.Light works well. Looks very nice. There is no remote or settings to dim or adjust the light at all. It works where I am putting it but will be too bright for some locations.Most of the LED lights we’ve gotten have come with the lightbulb but maybe that’s my fault for not reading closely. Once we also got the bulbs in we really liked it though, great by the door on our back porch.This is a nice modern lamp which provides nice ambient lighting. This one is in the cold color temp, in 45000-5000k range which does not go with my current lighting.When it comes to buying lighting it must be clear what color temperature you are buying. This fixture does not state color temp anywhere in the listing. There are 3000k color temp photos in the listing which is not helpful. The two options are white or dimmable. I got the white option since I do not need it to dim.It’s a good fixture but the lack of clarity on color temperature has you scratching your head on what color you are actually getting.Thank you for taking the time to read my review and photos of this product.
