Heavy Duty 3M Tape Strength: Ideal tape application is accomplished when temperature is between 70° and 100°F (21° and 38°C) and the bond is allowed to dwell 72 hours. Initial tape application to surfaces at temperatures below 50°F (10°C) is not recommended. It is ideal for mounting large and heavy tools, greenhouse tarp, teaching materials, posters, and picture frames.
3M Tape Waterproof: Consists of a durable acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties, make the adhesive tape good for most surfaces, including installation outdoors or in the bathroom. such power coated paints, glass, marble, plastic, tile, wood and lamination; but not good to heavy textured surfaces and painted walls (taken off paints while removal). Excellent temperature resistance, water moisture resistance, removal and residue free.

I used this to attach window awnings (is that what they're called?) on our Toyota. Excellent adhesion out in the weather.I received exactly what was expected.Used to attach a waterproof molding to our shower when we installed a vinyl plank floorTape works great. Second Purchase. Was packaged in an envelope that allowed the tape to be smashed.This tape is super strong. Holding the back spoiler on my model 3 perfectly. No complaints at all.For anyone that is have bad luck with the adhesive, apply some heat. Sticks like glue.2 stars for manufacturer not providing instructions.I thought this was genuine 3m tape, it is not. I applied this to a custom car emblem, I let it sit over night. I applied it to a clean smooth surface and after 30 minutes it fell off. The emblem was not heavy, the adhesive backing is horrible and will not stay attached. I tried several objects including a post card and they all fell off. Don't waste your money on this brand.This roll is defective, it's not double sided, there is a cover over the inside that won't come off.
