The tail light assembly they sent was defective...leads were not properly connected, one of the light bulbs was inoperable (dealer's Service tech send me a video documenting this), so I returned the product and purchased an identical assembly from another vendor, except that vendor's assembly works. My refund was promptly issued, but they deducted a restocking fee FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! What kind of company would do that? I messaged them for an explanation, but they have yet to respond. It appears this vendor's restocking fee is an ongoing issue; as one can access several other negative Amazon reviews complaining about their restocking fees. Buyer beware!
